These Website Standard Terms and Conditions written on this webpage shall manage your use of this website for our events. These Terms will be applied fully and affect to your use of this Website to register for any of our events. By using this Website, you agreed to accept all terms and conditions written in here. You must not use this Website or any of our event registration services if you disagree with any of these Standard Terms and Conditions.

Confirmation/Scope of Registration

We will confirm your participation after receiving registration information and fee. For manual payments, the delegate will receive the invoice for bank/wire transfer within 24hrs of sending registration information. For online payments, the delegate will receive payment confirmation receipt which confirms the participation in any of our events registered for. The hotel details will be sent two to three weeks before the start of the conference. The registration fee for all registrants includes full access to the 2-Day conference, all (available) program materials, continental breakfasts, lunches and networking reception drinks.


This event is organized as described on this website, Curtis & Wyss Group express no representations or warranties, of any kind related to the events on this Website. Also, no events posted on this Website shall be interpreted as advising you.

Limitation of liability

In no event shall Curtis & Wyss Group, nor any of its officers, directors and employees, shall be held liable for any fortuitous event, unforeseen occurrence or any other event that results in Curtis & Wyss having to cancel, reschedule or postpone the event. A fortuitous event shall include, but not be limited to; an Act of God, flood, fire, war, terrorism, governmental restrictions, work strike, extreme weather conditions or any other emergency.


While every reasonable effort will be made to adhere to the advertised package, Curtis & Wyss group reserves the right to change event dates, sites location, omit event features, speaker faculty and agenda without notice or merge the event with another event as it deems necessary without penalty. In the event of a speaker cancellation, every effort to find a suitable replacement will be made and in such situations no refunds, part refunds or alternative offers shall be made. In the event that Curtis & Wyss group permanently cancels the events for any reason whatsoever, (including, but not limited to any force majeure occurrence) and provided that the event is not postponed to a later date nor is it merged with another event, the Client shall receive a credit note for the amount that the Client has paid to such permanently canceled event. No refunds, part refunds or alternative offers shall be made.

Cancellations/Refund Policy

Made one month prior to the start of the conference will be refunded less 50% administration charge. Refunds will be made after the conference. Cancellations made within one month of the conference start date will receive no refund. Substitutes are accepted up to 3 days before the conference. Any cancellation will be accepted latest one month before the event and should be informed in written form.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Czech Republic, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Czech Republic for the resolution of any disputes.
